Any officer, director, employee, subsidiary, service provider, content provider, trainer, and/or direct seller/brand ambassador found to be advising or offering investment and trading advice to subscribers of IX Global LLC / iX Ventures FZCO shall be dealt with strictly by the management including but not limited to termination of the contract with IX Global LLC/ iX Ventures FZCO. IX Global LLC / iX Ventures FZCO reserves its right to take appropriate legal action against any defaulting employees, subsidiaries, service providers, content providers, trainers, and direct sellers/brand ambassadors.
