iX Global offers a variety of services including our SMA Technology and Market Experts to trade for you
24 hours a day for 5 days a week that the forex market is open. No individual will have access to your
trading account. Although iX Global, it’s Affiliates and Market Experts have proven to generate long term
gains per month on minimum risk; by being part of this SMA Service you agree & understand that
Forex is a high risk market & you take full responsibility as an investor in the investment you've
made in the event of any losses incurred. We recommend that you make periodic withdrawals in order
to recover your initial investment for the wisest approach in dealing with Forex.

iX Members connected to an iX SMA Service should be aware that Trading Activity will vary between all
iX Member’s Trading Accounts due to:

1. The Broker Server that the iX Member’s MT4 Account is assigned to.
2. The Hosting Portal Server that the iX Member’s MT4 Account is assigned to.
3. The version of the iX SMA that the iX Member’s MT4 Account is assigned to.

All the above factors will determine the price point, the time, and speed at which trades are executed over
from the Master Account to the iX Member’s Hosted Account.

Therefore all trading activity will vary between iX Member’s, iX does not guarantee any ROI or growth
of account. Past results are not indicative of future returns, nor are they indicative of a guaranteed
ROI.

Refund Policy: By signing this agreement, I understand that all fees and subscriptions related to
account hosting and operation are non-refundable.

que Forex es una industria de alto riesgo y usted asume la responsabilidad total como
